Regional Vice President of Sales

Position Description

Vice_President_of_Sales-_IONM

South Central Region


PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


This role is responsible for driving, developing and assisting all sales plans

to garner new business within the designated service line. The core

responsibility is to drive growth of the product line and all related services

to meet and exceed business targets. This role can lead a team, as needed and

will require 75% travel.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


Work closely with Business Development team and Operations t

cultivate and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital

administrators.

Manage all aspects of new client development from initial ou

contract negotiations.

Work with operations team to troubleshoot in existing accoun

needed.

Attend (and host) networking events and present updates to s

management.

Meet key metrics and growth targets as set forth by senior l

while regularly reporting progress.

Develop marketing material for distribution.

Present quarterly performance reports to clients as requeste

Perform case coverage as needed when cultivating new account

caring for existing accounts. (If CNIM certified candidate). Otherwise, with

new and existing accounts site/OR visits with regular cadence to maintain and

build surgeon/hospital relationships.

Participate in recruitment of roles within assigned service

requested.

Manage customer expectations and contribute to high level of

satisfaction.

Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide

to company leadership team and other company functions.

Maintains accurate and up to date records on prospective and

clients within salesforce.

Achieve or exceed the New Business new sales target.

Play a critical role in identifying new business targets.

Work closely with the Business Development team to develop r

target lists.

Supporting, training, and motivating the sales team to achie

objectives.

Be SpecialtyCare s expert on how to sell our services a

targets (Surgeons & C-suite).

Develop training for Business Development and Operations tea

to successfully sell the service to surgeons.

Ensure associates are engaging and selling surgeons during t

sale process.

Gain access and support from surgeons during sales process t

accelerate the contracting process.

Help drive surgeon conversion during a new sales process.

Assist operations in large penetration deals.

Develop surgeon reference program.

Contribute to the creation of marketing materials to support

sales and penetration.
