Tower Facilities Support Coordinator

Position Description

Execute responsibilities for Tower swit chboard and loading dock


Support shipping and receiving for all departments from all carriers and

trucking companies including loading and unloading vehicles as needed. When

deliveries are not occurring, primary responsibilities will be answering

external/internal phone calls and front desk back-up coverage.

* Supports shipping and receiving for all departments from all carriers and

trucking companies including loading and unloading vehicles as needed

* Sorts received materials for storage or delivery to appropriate

departments

* Ensures all deliveries are tracked through internal tracking software to

capture delivery receipt information

* Provides assistance for outgoing shipments such as packaging, carrier

selection, expediting, tracing and follow up

* Reviews outbound packages and ensures appropriate documentation, marking,

and shipping methods are implemented as needed

* Answer telephone calls for main switchboard

* Front desk back-up coverage including greeting employees and answering

facilities questions

* Administrative functions include but are not limited to security badges,

work order coordination, scheduling conference rooms, ordering supplies

* Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.

* Take direction from supervisor or site manager.

* Participate in cross-training.

* Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.

* Adhere to all safety procedures.

* Perform other tasks as assigned


Qualifications_Required

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

* Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds


Qualifications_Preferred

* Customer service related experience preferred Hospitality/ Retail/

Restaurants

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

* Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

* Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

* Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

* Abilities to manage your time efficiently
