E xecute responsibilities for Tower and BOC mailroom and provide support in other areas as needed

M ailroom and assist in other areas on-site as needed which include repairs, and room set-ups at either facility(Tower or BOC)

Assist/float to all areas of mailroom services, building repairs, and overall facilities.

Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment

Knowledge of sorting mail which includes handling legal documents.

Providing high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude

Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper

Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

Maintain copier equipment

Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

Take direction from supervisor or site manager

Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

Adhere to all safety procedures

Provide miscellaneous clerical assistance to various departments as needed

Administrative functions include but are not limited to security badges, work order coordination, and scheduling & setting up conference rooms

Assist with building repairs

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications Preferred

Customer service related experience preferred Hospitality/ Retail/ Restaurants

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

Abilities to manage your time efficiently
