About_This_Organization

APRTC is part of Needs Met Inc., which is the 501c3. Restoring Minds deals with

mental needs. We focus on a disorder called Avoidant Personality Disorder

(Avpd). Avpd is a mental condition that includes things like Major Depression,

Severe Social Anxiety and various fears.

As I am sure you are aware, mental disorders are running rampant in our

society. To see evidence of this, all one has to do is watch the news The news

is full of stories of mass killings, suicide, suicide by cop, school shootings

and many other violent crimes.

Many of the people that carried out these atrocities were mentally ill and

suffered from Avoidant Personality, Major Depression and other mental

conditions. These might have been able to be avoided if the perpetrators had

received the help that they needed.

It is to this end that Needs Met and Restoring Minds want to help. We are a

very small nonprofit with a very big vision. We want to help those with Avpd

and these other mental conditions find the help that they need.

We are in the process of writing a book about Avpd, and developing online

classes to help teach those with mental disorders tools that will help them

cope with their disorder and pointing them to places where they can get

additional help.

Our mission is to Research these mental conditions and teach anyone how to help

those with these disorders.

Website design - Website redesign for mental health awareness

I have put together what I think is a pretty good web site with lots of info on

it. What I need is someone to go through every page on the site, and look for

grammatical errors, spelling errors, and any other issues with it. Also,

someone to make design suggestions and anything else that may be relevant. I

may be going to a mental health conference next year, which means my site will

be getting lots of traffic from not only people with Avpd, and Normals, but

also professionals in the field. So it needs spiffing up Avoidant Personality

Resource Center provides resources to families that are dealing with Avoidant

Personality (Avpd). This condition includes Major Depression, Severe Social

Anxiety, Fear of Going Outside, Fear of Authority figures, and a host of other

phobias and symptoms.

I have created my web site, created a lot of pages, and added tons of good

info. I have a Google Grant that will eventually bring in traffic, as well as

word of mouth, and other forms of advertising.

This project can be done remotely.
