Director IT Financial Operations

Position Description

The Director, IT Finance Operations is responsible for the execution of the IT

Financial Operations strategy ensuring support for financial systems and

related technology. This position is also responsible for working with Envision

Finance & Accounting Departments to ensure the Company s IT related cost ar

properly presented within its financial statements.


Essential_Responsibilities

* Execute and manage Envision s financial systems strategy ensuring

alignment to overall organization initiatives and goals.

* Direct and mentor a team responsible for developing, upgrading,

supporting and deploying financial systems and solutions to increase

system effectiveness and efficiencies.

* Leverage vendor relationships for beneficial outcomes and partner with

vendors to include issue resolutions, contract adherence and contract

negotiations.

* Manage IT financial operations budget and seeking opportunity for expense

control and cost reduction.

* Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure IT related financial

statements are accurately presented within the company s financial

statements. Also to understand how systems meet current and future needs

for this group.

* Maintain for compliance standardized formal, documented technology

policies and practices including establishing uniform project processes,

IT governance, business analysis and project performance standards,

including ROI calculations, streamlined IT procurement processes, etc.

* Special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned

* Regular and reliable attendance required


Knowledge_And_Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.


Computer_Equipment_And_Software_Requirements


Microsoft Windows Office. Various ERP and CRM platforms.


Education/Experience


Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of seven

(7) years of experience supporting and implementing systems, revenue cycle,

and/or healthcare industry. CPA degree is preferred.


Mathematical_Skills


Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using

whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.


Language_Skills


Ability to understand, read, write and speak English. Ability to read, analyze

and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical

procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to successfully write business

correspondence. Ability to effectively present information, respond to

questions and professionally interact with managers, employees, clients,

vendors and the general public.


Reasoning_Ability


Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw

valid conclusions and correct errors. Ability to understand and interpret basic

financial data. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of

forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.

Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently

while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. Must be able to work well

with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be

detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of

confidential information. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively

influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and

efficiency. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule,

including some evenings and weekends as approved in advance.
