Internal Communications Manager

Position Description

Internal Communications Manager- Nashville, Tennessee, US Davies Group are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager based in our Nashville, Tennessee office. As an Internal Communications Manager, you'll be an excellent communicator with the writing skills to match. You'll keep a cool head in a busy role whilst providing a professional service to internal stakeholders. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is $65,000- $70,000 depending on experience level and qualification. Davies recent and projected growth in the US has created an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join our growing team based in Nashville, Tennessee. We now have more than 600+ employees based in the US, with 4,250 globally, and this role will play a key part in developing and shaping a US focused internal communications strategy. The role will involve working with senior members of the leadership team to build effective campaigns, create and develop engaging materials and help to integrate acquisitions. Duties and Responsibilities: This role has huge scope for growth and development, with a broad range of responsibilities, but the fundamentals include: * Create, implement, and manage a proactive internal communications strategy for US colleagues - you will align internal messaging with the company s vision, brand and product positioning. * Work closely with HR, operations and business teams from across the business to ensure latest news, announcements and developments are communicated professionally and in a timely manner. * Build and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. * Identify and resolve any communication bottlenecks/problems by implementing efficient communications best practice. * Develop, plan and edit all communication materials for US colleagues. * Develop KPIs, measure and analyse communications. * Ensure consistent communications among different businesses and stakeholders in the company. * Develop and manage the US content for the monthly newsletters, Intranet, CEO updates, and other regular internal communications. Skills and Experience: * Degree level education or equivalent level experience * Significant experience in US communications either within an agency or corporate setting * Good communications and written skills * Ability to manage stakeholders of all levels * Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise * Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast paced environment * Experience using intranet or online communications tools Davies Group endeavour to recruit from the widest possible pool of suitable candidates.
