Nashville Med Spa specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and a genuine commitment to nurturing and building the confidence of our clients.
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses strong interpersonal abilities and has a track record of at least 1+ years in administering botox & filler treatments. This role requires a level of expertise beyond entry-level, and individuals without prior background in cosmetic injectables or a medical spa environment will not meet the qualifications. The candidate must be a passionate, dedicated, and a skillful provider who has an eye for aesthetics. Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment and always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and results. Non-compete commitment is required as the practice will invest time and financial resources to help the injector excel in this field.
The Nurse Injector is responsible for all aspects of patient care and will include taking medical histories, performing skincare consults, and completing injectable appointments (including but not limited to: Tox, Kybella, Restylane, Sculptra, Versa, PRP, etc.) Must be interested and willing to learn new procedures. The Nurse Injector will see patients independently but will ultimately be supervised by the medical director.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience as a nurse injector.
Current, unrestricted license in good standing in the state of Tennessee
Ability to perform a thorough patient consultation. Build trust and rapport.
Must be a team player, appreciate constructive criticism and support management and peers as well as business goals.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Work special events as assigned
Computer skills are required
Follows all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
Strong knowledge of current patient care techniques/trends in skincare and injectables
Essential Job Functions:
Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service. Arrive 15 minutes before shift starts to plan and prepare for the day.
Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the business and clients.
Adhere to professional dress code of the practice; scrubs and/or business casual attire
Properly care for and clean equipment to ensure OSHA and medical board standards and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
Have a understanding and working knowledge of the EMR system as it relates to your role
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services, treatments, products, financing options, memberships and loyalty programs while educating and communicating the patients and the unique value proposition.
Actively promote at home skin care treatment programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals
Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required. This includes but is not limited to properly cleaning/sanitizing any and all equipment, properly disposing of sharps kits, wiping down chairs, restocking the appropriate medical, towel, and linen supplies for each room, and maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment.
